Returns & Warranty Policy
Hygiene & Safety Notice: Please note that the Tempdrop 2.0 - Advanced fertility monitor is classified as a personal-use medical device. Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
Return Requirements:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.

Condition: Returns are only accepted if the box is completely unopened and the original security seal remains intact.

Exclusions: If the security seal is broken or the box shows signs of tampering, we will be unable to process a refund as the device cannot be legally or safely resold.
