Your chart is reviewed for your observations, application of the rules and anything that may need clarification. I’ll look at how you’ve interpreted your chart, help identify where you may be unsure and provide feedback to help you build confidence in your charting.

Already familiar with Sensiplan® but want a little extra guidance?
Whether you've taught yourself the method or previously completed a Sensiplan course, this one-off consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, check your understanding and feel more confident applying the rules.

This consultation is designed for women who already have some knowledge of Sensiplan®. It is not a replacement for the full Sensiplan® course and does not provide initial method instruction.

Cervical Mucus Short Course
Want to understand your cervical mucus observations with more confidence? This focused one-hour live session will help you recognise and interpret changes in cervical mucus throughout your cycle.
We’ll explore what you may observe, how to distinguish different types and qualities of cervical mucus, and what those observations can tell you about changes in your fertility.
The session is practical and interactive, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and work through examples so you can feel more confident interpreting your own observations.

TTC Made Simple
Trying to conceive and want to understand your fertility signs and timing with more confidence? TTC Made Simple is a focused programme designed to help you use your own cycle information to understand when pregnancy is more likely.
We'll look at your fertility signs, including cervical mucus and basal body temperature, and how to use your observations to identify your fertile window and guide intercourse timing.

A focused one-to-one session where we'll look at your fertility signs, your cycle and any questions you have about trying to conceive.
ONE FOLLOW-UP CHART REVIEW BY EMAIL
After our live session, I'll review one subsequent chart by email, helping you apply what you've learned and understand what your chart is showing.

After your chart review, you'll have the opportunity to ask follow-up questions by email so we can clarify anything you're unsure about.
