Understand your cycle. Understand your symptoms.

Your menstrual cycle can give you valuable information about what’s happening in your body. I help women make sense of cycle changes and hormone-related symptoms, understand the factors that may be contributing and take practical steps towards better menstrual health.

Is your cycle trying to tell you something?

Painful periods, unpredictable cycles, changes in bleeding, intense PMS, fatigue, mood changes or symptoms that seem to appear at the same point every month can leave you wondering what is actually going on.

Your menstrual cycle can provide valuable insight into your wider health. By looking at your cycle patterns, symptoms, health history and lifestyle, we can begin to understand the factors that may be influencing your menstrual and hormonal health. We'll work together to identify practical, personalised changes to areas such as nutrition, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep and daily habits, helping you build a foundation for better menstrual health and overall wellbeing.

Women’s Health Support

I work with women across all stages of the menstrual life cycle, from irregular or changing cycles and trying to conceive through to postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.

My focus is on helping women understand the patterns behind their symptoms and identify practical, personalised ways to support their menstrual and hormone health.

My training in women’s hormone health covers the menstrual cycle and hormones alongside nutrition, blood sugar regulation, gut health, liver detoxification, stress and the HPA axis, thyroid health, lifestyle and supplementation.

A complementary approach

I’m not a medical practitioner, and my role is not to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace medical care.

Instead, my work can complement the care you receive from your GP, consultant or other healthcare professional. Where something falls outside my scope, or further medical investigation is appropriate, I’ll recommend seeking appropriate medical care.

Women’s Health, through every stage of life

From trying to conceive and navigating the postpartum return of fertility, through irregular or changing cycles, cyclical symptoms and hormone-related concerns, to perimenopause and beyond, women's health can change dramatically throughout our lives.

I work with women who want to better understand their cycle, hormones and overall health, including those experiencing irregular ovulation, PMS, PCOS and other hormonal conditions, fertility challenges or changes throughout different stages of life.

We'll look at your individual symptoms, cycle patterns, health history and goals, then consider the wider factors that may be influencing how you feel.

Depending on what you're experiencing, this may include exploring nutrition, blood sugar regulation, gut health, thyroid health, hormone patterns, stress and the HPA axis, sleep, recovery and other lifestyle factors.

I can also review relevant lab results with you through a functional health lens, discussing what your results may suggest in relation to functional and optimal health ranges, and how they fit within your wider health picture. This is not a medical diagnosis, but can help inform the nutrition and lifestyle changes we work on together.

My training also includes nutrition and supplementation, so we can discuss the roles of important nutrients in the body, how they support different aspects of health, and nutritional or supplement considerations you may wish to explore alongside any medical care you're receiving.

Where appropriate, we'll work together on practical, individualised nutrition and lifestyle changes that support your health and may help improve the severity of certain symptoms. This isn't about promising a cure, but helping you understand your body and support it through informed, sustainable changes.

Trying to conceive?

If you’re struggling to conceive, we can look at your cycle tracking for patterns or potential red flags worth exploring, consider whether ovulation appears to be occurring consistently, and identify practical lifestyle and nutritional strategies that may help optimise your chances of conception.
